Ingredients
-
4-5 mint leaves
-
2 oz. light rum
-
1 oz. fresh lime juice
-
3/4 oz. simple syrup
-
club soda
-
1 mint sprig
Steps
-
In a mixing tin, add 4-5 mint leaves
-
Muddle
-
Add 2 oz. light rum, 1 oz. fresh lime juice, and 3/4 oz. simple syrup
-
Add ice and shake
-
Double strain into collins glass
-
Add ice
-
Fill with club soda
-
Garnish with mint sprig

To make an Old Cuban, Substitute Kraken Dark Rum for Cruzan Light Rum, and substitute Champagne for club soda.
